Located in the center of Schiedam, in a monumental building on the corner of the Grote Markt, Brasserie de Eenling is where we delight and surprise our guests culinary. Marnix Benschop's kitchen distinguishes itself by using seasonal ingredients for a French-oriented surprise menu, always with matching wines, of course.
In addition to the surprise menu, Brasserie de Eenling offers an extensive lunch and dinner menu with beautiful meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. You can also enjoy various special beers, cocktails and tasty snacks.
At De Eenling, we use classic French cuisine as a base, with the knowledge and techniques of Nordic and molecular cuisine. We are convinced that homemade breads, pâtés, terrines and pickles, combined with local and sustainable products, bring the best results to a plate. Our starting point is seasonal cuisine with a changing menu, as well as a beautiful seasonal menu.
Of course, we can also take many drinks. whether on the terrace in the afternoon in summer or in the dark evenings in winter. An extensive cocktail menu and specialty beers complete the drink.
