ABOUT BRASSERIE BRASSERIE STADHUIS

In the heart of Schiedam centre is the Grote Markt with the old Town Hall on it. This national monument used to be the place where the city was governed, but now a wedding location in the regent hall and Brasserie Stadhuis on the ground floor.

Patron-Cuisinier Martin Strik has been a member of the Euro-Toques for over 20 years. Restaurants affiliated with Euro-Toques commit themselves to working with sustainable, honest and regional products. This not only benefits our planet, but also the taste of our dishes that we serve in our brasserie.

Our extensive wine list also consists entirely of sustainable wines. All wines are grown organically and/or biodynamically. Since the Covid Pandemic, we have chosen to only work with wineries from Europe.

Brasserie Stadhuis is open 7 days a week from 10:00 am. You can go here for coffee, lunch, drinks and/or dinner. This is possible in our restaurant, in the bar or on our wonderfully heated terrace.

In short, a brasserie is an attractive place for a snack and a drink.
